As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link so you can easily follow your package.
If, by chance, you can’t find that email, don’t worry. You can also access the tracking link by clicking the small chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen and selecting “Track and manage my orders.” Simply log in using the email address used when placing your order.
If you still can’t find your tracking link, or if your order was supposed to be delivered but hasn’t arrived yet, don’t hesitate to write to us at [email protected]. We’re here to help, we promise.
In rare cases, we may have to cancel an order due to a stock shortage. If this happens, we always notify you by email. Be sure to check your inbox, including your SPAM folder. If you haven’t received a notification and have any doubts, contact us—we’re here to help.
Multiple packages
To ensure you receive your complete order, we sometimes ship part of your order from our warehouse and the other part from one of our stores. If this is the case for your order, we will send you multiple tracking links corresponding to each shipment.
