How long does delivery take?

• Home delivery in France usually takes less than 72 business hours.

• Parcel pickup (Point Relay) in France usually takes 3–5 business days.

• Delivery to the rest of Europe takes 3–5 business days.

Free delivery is offered for all orders over €120.

Multiple packages

To ensure you receive your complete order, we sometimes ship part of your order from our warehouse and the other part from one of our stores.
