If the “Point Relay” option does not appear during checkout, it’s simply because one or more items in your order are no longer available in our warehouse and will be shipped from one of our stores. In this case, only home delivery via UPS is offered.
But don’t worry—once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link. Depending on the carrier, you may then be able to select a parcel pickup point directly on their platform if the option is available.
