We’re sorry for this inconvenience. Don’t worry, here’s what you can do:
If you notice the issue quickly, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We may still be able to change the pickup point before shipment.
If the package has already been shipped or delivered to a different pickup point and you cannot collect it, unfortunately, we won’t be able to redirect it. In this case, you have two options:
Wait for the package to be returned to us after 8 days, and we will resend it to you.
If you prefer, we can issue a refund as soon as we receive the returned package.
