" Shipping is not available.

Some of the products you have ordered are only available in our stores and cannot be shipped. If you encounter this issue, we invite you to send us an email at [email protected]." 


If you see this error message, it’s likely that one or more items in your cart are only available in-store and cannot be shipped. To complete your order, you’ll need to remove these items from your cart.

I can’t select my delivery country at checkout

If you can’t select your delivery country, you might be on the wrong version of the website. To check, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the small flag icon. Simply choose the correct version, and everything should work properly.
