Can I return one or more items?
Of course! You have 30 days to request a return. You can request a credit note, an exchange, or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Please note that we will only refund the returned items and, if the entire order is returned, the initial shipping costs.
How do I make a return or exchange?
You simply have to log in to the returns portal and have your order number and email address ready. Returns and exchanges are free.
Once the return label is generated, simply print it and attach it to the package. Don't forget to include the original delivery slip inside.
Can I return a sale item?
Absolutely! The same return policy for orders placed on the e-shop applies during our Sales and Private Sales periods.
Is it possible to return an item purchased on the e-shop to a physical store?
Yes, you can. Simply bring the items back with their original tags. You can choose between an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
Can I return an item purchased in-store?
Any item purchased in-store can be returned. You can easily request a refund or a store credit that can be used anywhere! If you wish to return an in-store purchase by mail, you can only request a store credit.
Will I be reimbursed for shipping costs?
Please note that we only refund the cost of the products and not the shipping costs you paid when placing your order. We only refund these costs if you return the entire order.
